The Western Ghats
In the old-growth forests of the Western Ghats, coffee grows slowly beneath a canopy of spice trees, absorbing notes of pepper and cacao. This ancient, shade-grown ecosystem produces beans with incredible depth, body, and a distinct spicy chocolate finish that reflects the rich biodiversity of the region.
Araku Valley & The Eastern Ghats
Hundreds of miles east, in the pristine valleys of the Eastern Ghats, tribal farmers cultivate rare micro-lots defined by vibrant fruitiness and clean sweetness.
